Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for strategic planning and analysis? Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, is seeking a talented Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to spearhead their corporate FP&A team and play a crucial role in their mergers and acquisitions (M&A) endeavors.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, to develop and execute strategic financial plans, forecast performance, and drive insightful analysis to support key decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the corporate FP&A team, ensuring the development and implementation of best practices and processes.
  • Drive the financial planning and analysis function, providing accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support the M&A activities by conducting financial due diligence, assessing potential investments, and assisting with integration efforts.
  • Develop and enhance financial models and tools to provide comprehensive insights into business performance, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets, monitor performance against targets, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, ensuring clear communication and actionable insights.
  • Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Strong understanding of M&A processes, financial due diligence, and integration activities.

Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Experience with Hyperion or other financial planning software is required.
