Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Work Professional to join our team. As a Social Work Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct services to students and families, including assessment, counseling, and case management. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure that students receive comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct services to students and families, including assessment, counseling, and case management.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure that students receive comprehensive support.
  • Develop and implement service plans that address the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to students and families as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. You must also have at least 2 years of experience in a social work setting, with a focus on working with students and families. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Information

The advertised salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on full-time employment and includes shortage and school year differentials, if applicable.
