Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to lead our nursing units and support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct clinical operations on assigned shifts, ensuring safe and effective nursing care.
  • Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
