Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Mobile Unit (Float Pool) team at ProMedica Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote a seamless patient care continuum
  • Coordinate patient care through effective shift-to-shift communication
  • Provide a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and their families
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and sound judgment in all aspects of care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
  • Minimum of three years acute care RN experience
  • Current State of Michigan license as a Registered Nurse
  • BCLS required
  • ACLS within one year of hire
  • PALS within one year of hire
  • CPI within 3 months of hire
