Responsibilities- Assess patients' conditions, including taking vital signs, history, and performing physical exams
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and take appropriate action as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients
- Operate and monitor medical equipment, such as IV pumps and cardiac monitors
- Keep accurate records of patient care and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where you work
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
