Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team at Garden Terrace Healthcare Center of Federal Way. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other essential activities
  • Assist patients with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
