Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. as a Progressive Care Unit Nurse Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring effective delegation, supervision, and documentation.
  • Communicate pertinent patient information to the healthcare team, facilitating collaboration and coordination of care.
  • Identify and implement solutions to variances from patient goals, ensuring effective problem-solving and quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
  • ACLS - AHA certification.
  • BLS - AHA certification.
