Compensation and Work Schedule
  • Standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
  • Required travel within the assigned service area
  • No weekend commitments necessary
  • Compensation based on repair costs with commission structure
  • Weekly pay with a guaranteed minimum salary
  • Commission percentage varies with experience
  • Direct deposit available every Friday
Core Responsibilities of a Mobile Technician
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the service journey
  • Travel to customer locations to deliver services on various vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems accurately
  • Repair or replace faulty parts and components
  • Conduct pre and post-collision scans and provide expert recommendations
  • Utilize OEM tools for precise calibrations and recommendations
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain necessary certifications
Essential Qualifications for Mobile Technicians
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience or comparable automotive background
  • Proficient in using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools
  • Strong skills in mechanical and electrical diagnostics
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • More than ten years of experience in the automotive field
  • Possession of ASE, I-Car, MECP, and OEM certifications
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
