Position Details- Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

- Student Population: K-12
- Objective: Carry out health plans created by the school's medical team to assist students with health issues.
- Tasks: Ensure accurate execution of health plans, tailor strategies to individual student needs, and provide ongoing care and feedback.
- Objective: Deliver personalized care based on individualized health plans (IHPs).
- Tasks: Apply evidence-based nursing practices, modify instructional materials, and offer targeted assistance to improve student health outcomes.
- Objective: Gather data on student health progress using specific assessment tools to inform health strategies.
- Tasks: Maintain precise records, analyze health trends, and share insights with the educational team for ongoing enhancement.
