At Endeavors, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intrepid Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Job Summary:The Intrepid Clinician will provide mental health assessments, individual and group counseling services, and crisis intervention support to our residents. You will work closely with our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct mental health assessments and provide ongoing counseling services to residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each resident
- Provide crisis intervention support and emergency assessments as needed
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and treatment plans
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical experience, including experience working in crisis intervention
- License to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken language skills)
