Your role will involve implementing tailored educational strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will foster a nurturing, secure, and effective learning atmosphere for students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Directly executing behavior analytic services, including skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction strategies as outlined by the supervising RBT
- Utilizing your knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles to effectively teach students

Our offerings include special education from preschool through high school, therapeutic programs for students with autism spectrum disorder, vocational training for young adults aged 18-22, and community programs aimed at fostering inclusivity and support.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including a 6-week Extended School Year (ESY) session.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive starting wage of $24.85 per hour for hours worked
- Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and a retirement plan with matching contributions
- A Paraprofessional, Substitute Teaching, or Professional Educator License is required. Assistance with obtaining your license is available.
- Current Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Successful completion of the initial RBT Competency Assessment, annual RBT recertification training, and registration with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
