**Job Overview:** AB Staffing is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students with challenging behaviors in the 2024/2025 school year. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to providing a comprehensive program for students by actively participating on various educational teams and supporting proactive and responsive behavioral interventions.

**Salary:** $60-$85 per hour, equivalent to $2,400-$3,400 per week based on 40 hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Actively participate on various educational teams to support proactive and responsive behavioral interventions to support students with challenging behaviors.
  • Support the implementation of functional behavior assessments.
  • Lead, develop, and implement applied behavior analysis principles in the classroom.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field and be certified as a BCBA in the state of California. You should also have knowledge of emotional and behavioral disorders, experience with instructional and behavioral intervention methods in a school setting, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
