This position is responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging community experience for residents of our managed community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a talent for coordinating activities that cater to diverse interests and needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess resident preferences and interests to develop a tailored activity program that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
- Coordinate and execute daily activities, events, and outings within budgeted limitations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for residents.
- Collaborate with the Community Relations Director and other management staff to plan, promote, and execute community events that foster social connections and a sense of community.
- Provide transportation for residents and staff as needed, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
- Ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of teamwork, initiative, and positive impact on residents, staff, and visitors.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Business, or a related field.
- Proven management experience and ability to manage staff, with a minimum of three years' experience in Assisted Living preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, personnel skills, and community relations skills.
- Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) preferred, with experience with Microsoft Word and Excel also preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test, with a valid driver's license in good standing.
