About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Johns Manville. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, modify, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment to maximize performance, reliability, and uptime.
  • Read and interpret electrical electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, instruments loop sheets, and technical manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and repair variable speed motor drive systems, pneumatic systems, boiler dowtherm systems, and hydraulic systems.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and other shop equipment.
  • Perform precision alignment tasks using laser systems and basic millwright tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Two years of formal technical training or equivalent in electrical craft.
  • Three years electrical experience for primary craft.
  • Two years or equivalent training industrial millwright experience for secondary crafts preferred.
