- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical diagnoses and repair options in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise, driving team success and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Participate in quality control processes, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive repair and diagnosis.
- ASE certifications (A4, A5, A1, A6, A7, A8, L1) preferred.
- Section 609 certification required.
- State Inspection license (if applicable).
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and placing of merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged standing, walking, and reaching overhead and below the knees.
- Effective communication and visual verification of information.
- Safe operation of a motor vehicle.
