Centric Construction Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team. As a Construction Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from project scheduling to field supervision, and gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Assist Project Managers in implementing project schedules, identifying necessary resources, and executing communication strategies to keep owners updated on project progress.
- Field Management: Monitor work quality, timeliness, and overall performance of subcontractors and vendors to help Superintendents proactively identify factors that could jeopardize project success.
- Quality Control: Assist Superintendents in executing punch lists and closeout.
- Safety Management: Work with Centric Safety Managers to maintain a safe work site environment that is in compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Education: Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Construction Management or equivalent program.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and develop work schedules, excellent communication skills, and ability to build relationships and influence others.
