Role Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, engaging in various routine tasks to support the care of patients with medical or mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering direct patient care and monitoring changes in patients' conditions.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Documenting patient care in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare providers and team members.
  • Participating in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Assisting with procedures and specimen collection as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Licensure and Certification:
Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate issued by the California Department of Public Health. A valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate is also required for certain positions.

Conditions of Employment:
All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. Proof of vaccination status is required upon appointment.
