Respiratory Therapist Position

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at RICK'S MEDICAL SUPPLY, INC. As a key member of our healthcare services department, you will be responsible for providing expert care and support to patients with respiratory needs.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Assess patient needs, select and instruct on appropriate respiratory equipment, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Communication: Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to coordinate care and address concerns.
- Education and Training: Provide guidance on proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
- Licensure and Certification: Graduate from an accredited RT Care Program (licensed RCP).
- Experience and Skills: Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
- Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.

- Growth Opportunities: Potential to transition to RT-2 after 1 year of employment.
