We are seeking an experienced Sr. Lead Environmental Project Manager to join our team at WSP in El Paso, Texas. As a key member of our Environmental Business Line, you will be responsible for managing environmental projects, developing new clients, and collaborating with internal personnel to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage environmental projects involving site characterization, remedial design, and environmental compliance
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through business development and proposal preparation
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure technical quality and client satisfaction
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds and resources
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs
Requirements
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • PG or PE required, in state of Texas desired
  • 10+ years of experience with increasing responsibility
  • Strong background in environmental consulting services to clients in industrial/commercial, mining, energy, and government sectors
  • Demonstrated scientific or engineering expertise with Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations
