Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Jacent Strategic Merchandising, LLC. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for improving the consumer buying experience by creating merchandising solutions in assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
• Implement plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and stock rotation to optimize store displays
• Manage the merchandising of impulse items displayed on clip strips & j-hooks in designated areas of supermarkets
• Participate in merchandising resets and build retail displays to enhance the consumer buying experience

Requirements:

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking for extended periods
• Resides within 20 miles of Susanville, CA 96130
