About the Role
USI Insurance Services is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Sales Professional to drive business sales, retention, and growth in our target market of companies with at least $10 million in annual sales within a specific industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annualized new business sales of $175,000 through prospecting, developing customized messaging, and understanding USI's competitive differentiation.
- Manage client relationships, collaborate with account management team, and innovate for clients using market knowledge and advanced technical insurance expertise.
- Participate in national and regional vertical meetings, engage in first appointments, advancements, closings, and retentions, and use USI's contact management and sales automation tools to support sales processes.
- Pursue cross-selling opportunities, demonstrate strong knowledge of USI competitors, and positively represent USI in meetings, seminars, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage with a proven track record of sales success.
- College degree preferred.
- Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, personable, highly motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
