Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in Labor and Delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar setting and be able to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week. The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to laboring women and their newborns
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of two years of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
