Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team at Fairmont Austin, a luxury property in the heart of the city. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our guests, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly service to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with their nail care experience.
  • Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, using high-quality products and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
  • Proactively educate guests on nail care and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their nail health.
  • Prepare charge slips and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Nail Technician or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a spa or nail salon environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
