Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, modifying, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as supervised by our staff physical therapist.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Administer physical therapy modalities, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current license to practice physical therapy
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in electronic medical records
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) from the American Heart Association
  • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion

Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
