Requirements
  • Education and Experience

    • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
    • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move rapidly in a warehouse environment.
  • Certifications and Training
    • Food Handlers Certification required.
    • Ability to complete training courses and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced retail environment, with varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The employee must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move rapidly in a warehouse environment. The employee must also be able to work in a refrigerated environment (-20°F to 28°F) and around machinery emitting heat (400°F rotisserie and 325°F hot shortening).
