Job Summary:

Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse Specialist to provide safe and effective patient care. The selected candidate will perform all essential functions of a dialysis RN, delivering care in accordance with North Carolina Board of Nursing - Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, and other established standards.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to nursing policies, procedures, and professional standards of care/practice.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Participate in on-call rotation for Sunday coverage, working three 10-hour shifts per week (Monday-Saturday).

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current valid North Carolina license required.
One year hemodialysis and/or ICU experience preferred.
Current BLS, ALS, and PALS, or must obtain.
10 CEU's related to renal patients/care will be required annually or current certification.

Benefits:
Eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus.
