About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at Sollis Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide exceptional emergency medical care to our patients in a serene and private environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform medical evaluations and formulate treatment plans for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
  • Lead the medical management of patients in our clinics, working closely with a team of PAs, nurses, and technicians to discuss assessments.
  • Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including obtaining clinical samples, performing point-of-care testing, and providing general symptom management.
  • Document clinical evaluations and treatment in the electronic health record, Athena Health.
  • Work closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure policies are adhered to and quality care is delivered.
  • Coordinate additional care with our After Care and house calls teams or with Medical Partners.
  • Make patients and family members comfortable, answering questions patiently and professionally, and using patient-centered empathetic communication.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related operational projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University.
  • Physician state license and ability to practice in CA State.
  • ABEM board certified or board eligible required.
  • 2+ years experience as a physician in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire.
  • DEA license required.
  • Concierge, EMS/prehospital experience a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $205-$210, depending on experience. This is a per diem position, with a minimum of 2 shifts per month. We are a multi-state employer, and this rate may not reflect pay for positions outside of Southern California.
