The Global Corporate Services organization at Fisher Investments seeks a seasoned professional to pioneer the next-generation continuity and business resiliency structure, processes, and relationships needed to support its multinational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Resiliency Plans: Collaborate with technology and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) teams to design comprehensive resiliency plans that align business processes with digital services and IT infrastructure
  • Compliance and Implementation: Partner with regulatory compliance efforts, focusing on EU DORA, providing expert guidance on digital operational resilience, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Crisis Management: Help manage and train the crisis management team, ensure crisis communication tools and processes are maintained, and oversee emergency response capabilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Continuity team, delegating responsibility while maintaining strategic oversight

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • 7+ years of experience in business continuity, IT disaster recovery, IT risk management, or similar related fields with a strong focus on resiliency planning and IT collaboration
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications

Compensation: $110,000 - $160,000 base salary per year in Washington state. Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
