Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker - Supply Chain Associate to join our team at Golden State Foods in Schertz, TX. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipping of products to our customers.

About the Job:

• Pick, lift, carry, and place products into pallets to accurately build customer orders
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track product movement throughout the warehouse
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Clean work areas and maintain a safe and organized workspace

Responsibilities:

1. 25% of time: Lifts, carries, and picks product
2. 15% of time: Reads labels and associated documents, counts, and calculates using math
3. 20% of time: Inspects incoming and outgoing product
4. 75% of time: Operates forklift and pallet jack, cleans work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least six months of experience operating material handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk while carrying objects
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension required
