Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking high-quality cakes in all sizes and flavors, maintaining a clean and sanitized baking station, and tracking inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake cakes in all sizes and flavors by following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Remove cakes from pans and package them properly.
  • Put baked cakes away and rotate them according to established brand standards.
  • Communicate with management about equipment maintenance and issues.
  • Fold boxes and label containers.
  • Track inventory of baked goods.
  • Keep the baking area clean and sanitized, including tables, equipment, and tools.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The Baker will earn a minimum of $11.00 per hour to start. Additional compensation may be available based on performance and other factors.
