Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical department. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 6 months of experience in a medical-surgical setting
