About the Role

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient MRI Imaging (90%):
    • Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications
    • Explain and prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding
    • Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision
    • Adjust scan parameters correctly and as needed
    • Maintain accurate patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS)
  • MRI Department Support (5%):
    • Assist in maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual and software upgrades
    • Monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as necessary
    • Assist with training new associates, providing technical expertise
  • Additional Responsibilities (5%):
    • Complete other tasks as assigned by management
