Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of interventional radiologists and nurses in providing high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other medical specialties to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of interventional radiologists and nurses
- Board certification in Radiology required
- 5 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Epic EMR system
