At Marquee Dental Partners, we're committed to providing our patients with gold-standard patient care. To achieve this, we're seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Ashford, AL.

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at our Ashford, AL location, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to our patients. You'll work closely with our dentists to develop treatment plans and educate patients on the importance of preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior clinical care, acting medically and ethically in the patients' best interest
• Record and review patient medical histories
• Educate patients on the importance of preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease. Discuss the links between periodontal conditions and their overall systemic health
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan

Qualifications:

• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Board of Dentistry with no negative actions
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability and willingness to create a positive, supportive environment for patients as well as team members

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
