About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our Private Client Services (PCS) team in Boston, MA or Burlington, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tax services to our clients, including tax return review, analysis, and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze tax returns for clients, identifying areas for improvement and providing proactive tax-planning advice.
  • Support four partners within the firm, supervising, training, and mentoring associates to ensure high-quality work.
  • Act as a Controller or CFO to clients, providing expert guidance on financial matters.
  • Manage multiple engagements, including consulting, compliance, and tax planning services, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Participate in new business development activities, identifying opportunities to grow our client base.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, ensuring ongoing education and professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, coordinating with staff to deliver seamless service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or tax, preferably in a public accounting firm.
  • CPA certification.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant field.
