About the RoleThe Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with medical providers to provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. You'll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with medical providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Document patient care and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program, with a BSN within 5 years of hire date
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Experience in a hospital setting, with a minimum of one year of nursing experience
