Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and maintain high-quality meeting materials, including PowerPoint decks and agendas
  • Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for communications leaders and external partners
  • Host and facilitate meetings and events, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Compile and integrate information for reports and documents, and prepare office documentation as needed
  • Maintain and distribute lists and documents, and record and label files according to enterprise records management procedures
  • Monitor and oversee internal office communications, and ensure employees and contractors receive access and guidance with office operations
  • Perform Business Segment Liaison activities, including hardware and software acquisition, new employee onboarding, and other office management responsibilities
  • Enter and submit purchase orders, process invoices, and manage office supplies and services
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative capacity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as a Business Segment Liaison, coordinating office moves and other office management responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and reside within commuting distance to Minnetonka, MN
