Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Superintendent in overseeing all aspects of the construction site related to home building
    • Gain insights into the home construction process and timelines.
    • Observe pre-construction and closing meetings to understand client interactions.
    • Participate in weekly updates with buyers to enhance their satisfaction.
    • Develop effective communication with the sales team to address customer concerns collaboratively.
  • Ensure the job site is consistently prepared and organized, maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
  • Assist in upholding safety standards and adherence to company policies.
  • Explore various operational aspects of the division to enrich your learning experience.
Your Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Completion of 2 years of college coursework (Sophomore / Junior / Senior Level)
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively
  • Understanding of quality construction practices leading to satisfied homeowners
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Proactive attitude and sense of urgency
