Job Summary:

The Court Analyst position is a critical role within the Division of Internal Audit Services. As a Court Analyst, you will work under direct supervision, performing confidential analysis, research, planning, and other related duties in one or more of the following areas: budget development and court finance; personnel administration; resource allocation; and court system management and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries, troubleshooting questions while directing more complex questions to appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and perform data entry.
  • Compose correspondence, maintain office files and personnel records, and prepare necessary reports using Microsoft Suite.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a project team. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in Public or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required.

Working Environment:

This position will be assigned to the Division of Internal Audit Services, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of the team.
