We are looking for a charismatic and results-driven Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our team As a key member, you will provide exceptional customer service, promote the value of Total Body Care, and help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for every guest
  • Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on new services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a loyal client base through in-person and phone/email outreach

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (a plus)
  • Be a detail-oriented critical thinker with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
  • Have exceptional people skills and be able to establish strong relationships with clients
  • Be knowledgeable about total body care and massage services
