Key Responsibilities for the Tax Services Manager:

  • Review and analyze federal and multi-state income tax returns along with associated documentation.
  • Lead teams and manage engagement planning processes.

  • Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback; keep partners informed of progress.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with both new and existing clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in State and Local Tax is advantageous.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex income tax challenges.
  • Strong project management and research capabilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing firm technology and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $180,000, based on various factors.
