Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at Emmy Squared Pizza. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide courteous, prompt service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Order Management: Accurately enter guest orders into our Point of Sale (POS) system, Breadcrumb.
  • Menu Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our menu and beverage offerings, including dietary restrictions and special requests.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate guest requests to our culinary staff, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and presentable work environment, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and priorities.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain a high level of quality and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities: Understand how to responsibly serve alcohol to restaurant guests.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs, with frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting.
