Rehabilitation Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Technician to provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals in need of continued rehabilitation services at Community Rehabilitation Hospital South.
Responsibilities- Provide morning and evening care to patients, including bed baths, oral hygiene, and back care.
- Assist patients with meals, serve and remove food trays, and distribute drinking water and nourishments.
- Answer patient call lights, anticipate patient needs, and make rounds to assigned patients.
- Notify licensed personnel when patients complain of pain.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- CPR/BCLS Certification highly preferred.
- CNA certification highly preferred.
- Minimum six months experience in an acute or long-term facility preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
