Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic ABA Therapist to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children implementing personalized behavior intervention programs that promote positive, lasting changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement specific treatment plans designed to address the child's needs for behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.
  • Work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.
  • Perform appropriate management to ensure the child's safety.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
