• Review and analyze financial data to drive sales growth and profitability
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure adequate product levels
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize shortages and ensure accurate bank deposits
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines
• Manage employee records and documentation in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local regulations
