Clinical Communicologist Opportunity
Harrison Healthcare Center is seeking a PRN Clinical Communicologist to join our team. As a member of our rehab team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who need assistance with communication and swallowing disorders.
Job Summary
This PRN position involves evaluating, reviewing, and screening patient/resident medical charts, developing treatment plans, and administering specialized speech tests. You will also instruct residents, families, and caregivers on how to practice new skills and provide diet recommendations and modifications for safe swallowing techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive wages, generous PTO, end-of-year PTO buy-back, work schedule flexibility, and paid CEU online library.
