We are seeking a skilled Assistant Teacher to join our preschool team at Children of America. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality educational programs to our students. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Lead Teacher in lesson planning, implementing curriculum, and assessing student progress. You will also be responsible for establishing positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members, while maintaining a safe and structured learning environment.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports, ensuring that they are informed about their child's progress and any issues that may arise.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
