Clinical Supervisor RN

At Interim HealthCare, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and clients. As a Home Health Clinical Supervisor RN, you'll play a vital role in leading our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of patients to develop effective care plans.
- Supervise and support our home care staff to meet and exceed standards for safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice.
- Use clinical decision-making to efficiently manage patient populations and promote patient progress.
- Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient progress.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience in home healthcare, with two years of management experience preferred.
- CPR Certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.
