Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the patient's functional capabilities and physical therapy requirements.
  • Collaborate in formulating the therapy care plan.
  • Monitor and document the patient's reactions to treatment.
  • Administer treatments aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing functional abilities.
  • Educate and inform members of the healthcare team, patients, and their families or caregivers.
Licensure Requirements:
  • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, along with reliable transportation.
