Auto Financing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and career-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Financing Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them purchase vehicles and improve their lives. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in making their auto loan payments, and to work with them to get current on their loan if they are late. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers through various channels, including text, email, and phone calls. This is a performance-based, hands-on role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
